 CHRISTINA is Australian-born with a strong background in Media and Communications from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

Her broad-based career spans more than thirty years in senior government service and private sector management. She is co-founder and Managing Director of ATA-Lifecoach and is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Leadership Development at Stamford International University in Bangkok. Christina is also a Director and Lead Trainer of the Center for Management & Executive Development (CMED) at Chiang Mai University, Thailand.

Living and working in Thailand and Vietnam, and the region since the 1980s, Christina is both a trainer and an executive coach, and has dedicated her professional career to the development of “human capital and potential”. Her tailored and focused Management & Leadership programs, Professional Skills and Self-Development workshops have enabled companies, organizations and individuals to improve their effectiveness in an increasingly demanding and global work environment.

Christina's personalized style and delivery have allowed people to see the realities of issues they would otherwise not have seen, and to walk away with practical methods for immediate implementation either back at the workplace, or in their daily lives.

Her experience working among different cultures also allows for greater insights into “why people do the things they do”, and how to overcome the challenges we face when working with and trying to understand and manage people of other cultures. Her training seminars take place across the Asia Pacific region with clients based in Thailand and Vietnam, and other countries from Japan, Korea and Taiwan, to the Phillipines, Malaysia and through to Australia.      

By her own description, Christina is a tireless devotee to the spirit of motivation and to the quest of bringing positive change to the way people grow and develop, and how companies and corporations - around the globe - can therefore succeed in creating better business for a better world.
